ARGO Banking Application Developer / Consultant

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an ARGO Banking Application Developer / Consultant on behalf of our client in Remote The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ARGO banking applications , with expertise in one or more areas including ARGO Lending, ARGO Deposits, ARGO Sales & Services (S&S), or ARGO Teller .

This role will focus on application development, system integrations, modernization, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and enhance ARGO banking applications .

• Support ARGO Lending, Deposits, Sales & Services, and/or Teller functionality.

• Develop and maintain integrations between ARGO applications, core banking systems, and enterprise platforms.

• Work with REST APIs, web services, SQL databases, middleware, and enterprise integration technologies .

• Develop SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Diagnose and resolve application, integration, data, and production issues.

• Support application upgrades, migrations, conversions, modernization, and enhancements.

• Participate throughout the SDLC , including design, development, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.

• Perform defect analysis, root-cause analysis, and post-production support.

• Collaborate with business, banking, application, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Create technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience within banking or financial services.

• Hands-on experience with ARGO banking applications .

• Experience with at least one of the following:

  • ARGO Lending

  • ARGO Deposits

  • ARGO Sales & Services (S&S)

  • ARGO Teller

• Strong understanding of banking processes, including lending, deposits, customer servicing, account inquiries, branch operations, and transaction processing .

• Experience integrating banking applications with core banking systems .

• Strong experience with REST APIs, web services, SQL, databases, middleware, and enterprise integrations .

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and production issues.

• Experience across the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) .

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple ARGO modules .

• Experience with ARGO application modernization, upgrades, conversions, or migrations.

• Previous experience supporting enterprise banking applications in complex production environments.
