Pay: $2407 - $2899 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting mothers and their newborns through one of the most important times in their lives. Your expertise will ensure that every patient receives the highest quality of care in a compassionate and personalized manner.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in all aspects of the L&D unit, including delivery, mother/baby, postpartum, nursery, and newborn resuscitation
• Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process
• Collaborate with a midwife-led team to deliver low-intervention, personalized pregnancy care
• Ensure compliance with the nursing philosophy, standards of care, and standards of practice
• Work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations as required

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in Labor and Delivery setting
• Proficiency in all L&D specialties, including postpartum and mother/baby care
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years preferred
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
