We are seeking a dedicated professional with school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience to provide virtual services as part of a remote team. This contract position offers the flexibility to customize your schedule, Monday through Friday, and the opportunity to serve diverse student populations with different caseload options.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for Kansas state licensure
• Previous experience in school settings delivering speech therapy services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and online documentation
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to tailor interventions to the needs of multiple caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online screenings, assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions that support students’ IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers as needed
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Manage your caseload flexibly, adapting to the varied needs of students
