Here, your day will center on onboarding new customers, servicing existing clients, organizing documentation, and keeping communication moving between customers and the sales team. As a Remote Customer Service Manager , you’ll manage important client service tasks from onboarding through ongoing support. You’ll communicate with customers, complete applications, collect documents, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate closely with sales.
