Job Description
Plaintiffs' personal injury law practice in Encino, California is looking for a Full Time (8:30am-4:30pm) Litigation Paralegal and/or Experienced Secretary. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish, have prior law office experience, have excellent secretarial skills, have the ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute, and have good command of English grammar. Great opportunity for law office experience and working on assignments including:
-Trial, Arbitration, Mandatory Settlement Conference, and Mediation briefs/pleadings
-Assisting attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery
-Assisting attorneys with Demand letters and packages
-Gathering, reviewing and summarizing medical/billing records
-Take dictation, and handle Case file management/organization/filing
-Answering phones as needed
