Job Title: Paralegal /Legal Administrative Assistant

Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33069

Duration: FTE, Hybrid

Salary Range : $50000 -$60000 annually + Attractive Benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in a vital in-house support role. This position focuses on administrative and regulatory tasks, supporting licensing, compliance, and document management. The role offers stability as a permanent opportunity in a professional environment, requiring onsite presence five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Support licensing processes, including corporate registrations, annual reports, governance documentation, and ensuring adherence to compliance deadlines
• Prepare and format professional correspondence and official documents
• Assist in reviewing and updating customer-facing materials to ensure consistency with approved language and industry standards
• Identify gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies within existing documents and recommend improvements
• Review and enhance record-keeping systems to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and support other duties as needed to ensure smooth legal and administrative operations

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a legal or executive assistant within a regulated environment
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PDF editing applications
• Experience with filling out forms via Docusign or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively and demonstrate strong follow-through
• Discreet, professional demeanor with a process-oriented mindset
• Capacity to sit for extended periods as required by the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with licensing processes in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, pharmacy, legal, or government-regulated sectors
