You don't need to close $8M in your 1º year. You need discipline, the drive to learn and hunger to grow. The company will provide the rest, and you’ll go well beyond $8M in your 1° year.

• Month 1: USD $3,000
• Month 2: USD $2,000
• Month 3: USD $1,000
Commissions from day #1:
• Month 1: 0.75%
• Month 2: 0.90%
• Month 3: 1.00%
And +0.25% if the lead is from the Company.

What you'll do?
• Build relationships with borrowers, realtors, investors, and builders
• Generate your own pipeline.
• Structure mortgage loans.
Which are the key accountabilities as Brand Ambassador?
• Business development & pipeline generation: Proactively source, cultivate, and convert leads through strategic networking with real estate agents, investors, builders, and referral partners.
• Relationship management: Act as the face of the company, building enduring partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of recurring business and referrals.
• Loan structuring & client advocacy: Collaborate with internal processing teams to structure optimal financing solutions, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-qualification to closing.
• Operational excellence: Maintain rigorous pipeline management, accurate CRM reporting, and active participation in weekly sales strategy meetings.
• Other activities: Engage in other company activities requested by the leader including staff meetings, promotion activities, among others. Support company with special projects and workflow process improvements. Lead by and demonstrate company values
Who are we looking for?
• Sales-driven profile with hunger to win ("hunter" mindset)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
• Discipline, resilience, and fast learning ability
• Prior sales experience (not necessarily in mortgages)
• Entrepreneurial attitude: autonomy, proactivity, resilience and self-management
• Preferably 1 year+ of experience in the industry (not mandatory)
• Mortgage Industry Knowledge – Understanding of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, etc.), underwriting guidelines, and compliance.
• Financial Analysis – Ability to assess borrower qualifications (credit, income, DTI) and match them with appropriate loan programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven aptitude for outside sales, B2B networking, and consultative selling.
• High degree of resilience, urgency, and self-discipline. You must be highly coachable, receptive to weekly performance feedback, and capable of operating autonomously.
