Bell Empire Media & Events is working with the renowned Eculent in Kemah, Texas, to identify an exceptional full-time/permanent Fine Dining Mixologist to join its hospitality team. This is not an ordinary bartending position—and we are not looking for an ordinary bartender. We are searching for a hospitality professional who understands what it means to deliver service at the level associated with Michelin-caliber restaurants, Forbes Travel Guide standards, James Beard-recognized establishments, and other world-class dining experiences. The right candidate doesn't simply make drinks. You create experiences. You should possess an exceptional understanding of: Classic and contemporary cocktail preparation Cocktail development and menu creation Premium and luxury spirits Proper pours, measurements and technique Wine knowledge and professional wine service Presentation and attention to detail Fine-dining etiquette and sequence of service Synchronized service and coordinated drops Guest recognition and anticipation of needs Sincere, polished hospitality Maintaining composure under pressure Creating memorable experiences for every guest You should be capable of taking ownership of a complete beverage program while understanding that technical knowledge is only part of the job. Hospitality matters just as much. We want someone who can read a room, anticipate a guest's needs, recover gracefully when something doesn't go as planned, and make every person sitting in front of them feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We are looking for someone who takes tremendous pride in their craft. Someone who arrives prepared. Someone who pays attention to the smallest details. Someone who understands that gratuity is earned through extraordinary service—not solicited or expected. Someone who maintains professionalism and a positive attitude regardless of how demanding the evening becomes. And most importantly, someone who understands that excellence is not something you turn on when it's convenient. It is the standard every night. For the right professional, this can be an exceptional opportunity. Experienced team members have the potential to earn $300+ per evening , depending on business volume, shifts, and gratuities. Earnings are not guaranteed. Eculent operates Wednesday through Saturday , allowing the right hospitality professional to concentrate their workweek into four highly focused service days. If you accept this position, we expect you to be there, prepared and ready to perform. You must also be willing and able to reliably commute to Kemah, Texas for every scheduled shift. Candidates advancing through the interview process should be prepared for practical and knowledge-based evaluation. You may be asked to demonstrate or answer questions regarding: Cocktail recipes and technique Proper measurements and pours Wine varietals and regions Wine presentation and service Sequence of service Guest scenarios and service recovery Hospitality standards and attention to detail Your knowledge, attitude, professionalism and execution will determine whether you earn the position.
