\n \nYou can spot the coverage issue. You can write the opinion. You can explain to a client why the answer is “it depends” without leaving them any more confused.
\n \nWhat comes next?
\nI’m working with a Chicago firm seeking an insurance coverage associate ready to take greater ownership of matters and client relationships.
\n \nThe work includes policy analysis, coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters and coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment and related disputes.
\n \nYou should bring 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and Illinois admission. Experience advising insurers and handling substantive aspects of coverage disputes will be particularly relevant.
\n \nAt this stage, the details of a move matter. Who will you work with? What will you own? How will you develop from a capable associate into someone clients call directly?
