We are investing significantly in tools, equipment, training, and positions like this to help our team reach its potential.Along with competitive compensation, we offer competitive benefits that would be expected including medical/Rx, vision and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, disability & life insurance, etc.Primary purpose: Install various types of insulating materials in residential or commercial structures.Key Skills and Responsibilities:Safety and Quality Assurance: Safely load materials and inspect products for defects to ensure quality and safety compliance.Material Handling and Delivery: Deliver insulation materials to job sites and unload products in an orderly and secure manner.Surface Preparation: Prepare work surfaces before installation to ensure proper adherence and functionality.Installation Expertise: Install a variety of insulation materials efficiently and accurately, following specifications.Team Collaboration: Provide support to crew members and foremen to complete projects effectively.Customer and Subcontractor Interaction: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with customers and subcontractors.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Essential Skills and Qualifications:Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.Equipment Operation: Able to operate a forklift (certification required).Physical Agility: Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces or attics) and at heights (off ladders). Capable of enduring long hours of standing, bending, and kneeling.Punctuality and Reliability: Disciplined to meet deadlines and arrive on time.Safety Awareness: Avoids procrastination and prioritizes safety in all tasks.Communication Skills: Communicates clearly, directly, and transparently with teammates and clients.Problem-Solving Ability: Independently identifies and resolves issues with minimal supervision.Self-Motivation and Stamina: Maintains focus and energy to consistently deliver outstanding results.Adaptability and Flexibility: Adjusts schedules as needed to accommodate unplanned urgencies.Initiative and Accountability: Takes ownership of tasks and completes them with little to no supervision.Versatility and Direction Following: Adapts to various tasks and follows instructions with ease.Construction Knowledge (Preferred): General understanding of construction processes is a plus.Basic Tool Proficiency: Skilled in the use of basic hand tools.Employment Eligibility: Franklin Building Supply participates in E-Verify.
