Housekeeping Manager Superhost Hospitality - TownePlace/Fairfield Inn & Suites As a Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our commitment to impeccable cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. Implementing and enforcing cleanliness standards to exceed guest expectations. Conducting regular inspections to ensure the highest quality in guest rooms and public areas. Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service. Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment. Requirements: Strong leadership and housekeeping team management skills. High attention to cleanliness and quality standards. Committed to providing guests with a clean and comfortable experience. Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a housekeeping management role is required. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational and communication skills.
