Arrow Security is hiring experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our team at a high-profile financial services location in Jersey City, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who takes pride in providing a professional, polished, and highly attentive presence in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment where confidentiality, access control, and strict security procedures are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Control access for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors
• Verify credentials before permitting access to restricted areas
• Monitor entrances, exits, and controlled areas
• Conduct security patrols and inspections
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Monitor the authorized movement of sensitive materials
• Identify and immediately report suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and access-control issues
• Follow all post orders, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain a professional and attentive presence throughout the entire shift

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional security experience
• Valid New Jersey SORA license
• Previous corporate or professional security experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write clear, accurate, and detailed security reports
• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation to Jersey City
• Ability to follow detailed security procedures and post orders
• Ability to successfully complete all required company and client screening requirements
• Weekend availability is required

You will regularly interact with employees, executives, visitors, vendors, and contractors, so strong customer service and professionalism are essential.
