\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n•Conduct behavioral assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, and other clinical evaluations.
\n•Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
\n•Monitor client progress and make data-driven program modifications.
\n•Provide parent training and ongoing progress updates.
\n•Supervise and mentor RBTs and interns.
\n•Deliver services in home, community, and group home settings.
\n• Participate in community activities, outings, and field trips with clients.
\n•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
\n• Assist with insurance documentation and authorization requests.
\n• Promote a positive, organized, and team-oriented clinical environment.
\n \nQualifications
\n✅Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification – Required
\n✅Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
\n✅Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities preferred
\n✅Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills
\n✅Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
