ResponsibilitiesAs a Bilingual Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Your day-to-day will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining accurate patient records. You’ll also assist with coordinating communication between our medical staff and families, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Your bilingual skills will play a vital role in helping us serve a diverse community and ensure clear communication with all families.
