The Gasper Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in Colorado to join our Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Division.

Our attorneys handle a diverse range of matters, with opportunities to develop experience and expertise in probate, elder law, estate planning, and related litigation. Our team works collaboratively, providing attorneys with the opportunity to learn from and work alongside other attorneys with experience in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload involving estate planning, probate, elder law, asset protection, conservatorships, guardianships, and related litigation.
• Independently manage cases from initial client engagement through conclusion, with guidance and support from other attorneys and team members as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys assigned to each matter. While multiple attorneys may be involved in a case, one attorney will generally take the lead and handle the majority of the work.
• Meet with prospective clients as part of the firm's intake process. Attorneys are not expected to independently market to clients.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and meet the firm's annual billable hour expectations.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or imminently awaiting bar admission.
• Prior legal practice experience is preferred, but newly admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply .
• Prior experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, or litigation is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year , based on experience.
